Though the effects of the coronavirus outbreak are not yet fully realized, we know some of our customers are taking steps to protect themselves. Extend the precaution you are taking for yourself at this time to your property and of course, your trees. We want to continue to keep your trees happy at this time and we have some special offerings to help.
Happy Trees Limited Time Offers: with select services
An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. Removals can be costly and should be avoided if possible. Though we are equipped to take down trees safely and efficiently when we must, we specialize in keeping trees happy with Plant Health Care. Set up a meeting with one of our certified arborists and avoid costly removals that degrade our urban forest.
We value a safe environment for you and our employees. We generally meet our clients face to face in order to alleviate concerns and go over their tree projects. For those of our clients who would like greater peace of mind we are offering over the phone consultations. We will evaluate your trees and give you a call while on site, or go over your project at a convenient time for you. To keep our crew healthy while at your property our trucks are equipped with disinfecting wipes. We will be asking our employees to follow all the same precautions discussed by the CDC. Keep face to face interactions to a minimum, wash hands repeatedly, maintain a distance of 4-6 feet from each other when possible, cover mouth with arm when coughing or sneezing, if they feel sick at all they are asked to stay home, and we are cleaning everything multiple times daily. We are also asking clients to maintain a safe distance from our crew when they are on your property and if you would like to discuss something with them, to please follow the same safety guidelines or to call them on their cell phone. We are monitoring this outbreak daily and have been making major changes to our business and how we operate to ensure we do our part to slow the spread. Give us a call and see why we are the best tree care company in Madison!
We are deemed an essential business and are remaining open. Our office is closed but our staff are working remotely and will be able to answer your questions or set up appointments for any type of work. Our sales arborists continue to perform inspections and quotes on trees and will be able to provide quotes via email or phone.
